The Challenge
This consumer loan comparison service required backend integration with a wide range of third-party lenders, presented through a user-friendly frontend form. They also required a new solution for customer relationship management (CRM), which would automatically collect user data from the form, and deliver real-time personalized offers at scale.
Sourcetop’s Solution
We built a custom CRM solution, based on the popular Zoho CRM platform. In order to empower users to choose the best loan offer for the terms and types of financing they needed, we integrated the site’s backend with APIs from an array of third-party lending services, including OnDeck, BizFi, Kabbage, Fundation, MCC and QuickBridge. On the frontend side, we designed a simple, intuitive form that enables users to quickly select their desired terms, then submit an application to all third-party lenders.
The Results
All user submissions are now send to the lending services via the frontend form, through a heavily modified version of Zoho CRM. After the real-time offers are displayed, users can compare, select and complete their loan application using Adobe Document Cloud and eSign for secure signatures. As a result, new submissions are on the rise, and user engagement is stronger than ever.
